Returns and Refund Policy
You have a period of 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unused, unwashed, with original tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will be required.

🚚 Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If the error is on our part, we will cover the return and reshipping costs.

❌ Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for the following items:

- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
- Personal care or hygiene items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get a different product is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.
🇪🇺 Right of Withdrawal (European Union)
If the order is shipped within the European Union, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without providing any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
💳 Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days.
